Following our expansion into the former La Galleria space, we now have several rooms available for private and semi-private dining. Each space has its own character, making it easy to choose a setting that suits your group.
From a cosy vaulted wine cellar for 16 guests to larger dining spaces for up to 40, we can host everything from intimate dinners and birthday celebrations to corporate lunches and group dining events.
Best of all, we do not charge a room hire fee. Your group can enjoy a dedicated dining space while concentrating on great food, good conversation and an enjoyable evening.
No room hire fee. Most private dining venues in Oxfordshire charge between £100 and £500 to hold a room. We don't. You pay for the food and drink, and a £10 per person deposit to secure the date.

Birthday parties
Thirtieths through to ninetieths. Bring your own cake and we'll plate it — no cakeage charge. Decorations and place cards welcome from the morning of the event.
Family
Wakes & memorial lunches
A quiet, self-contained room close to St Mary Magdalene. We'll keep the service discreet and handle timings with you beforehand so you needn't think about it.
Milestone
Anniversaries & engagements
The Cellar is the room couples ask for. Sixteen around one table, low light, and nobody walking past. Champagne on arrival can be set up before you come down.

Corporate dinners
A private room with a proper kitchen behind it, five minutes from Blenheim Palace and half an hour from Oxford. One bill, one set menu, no admin on the night.

Christenings & family lunches
Daytime private hire from midday. Children's portions of most menu dishes, high chairs available, and a room where nobody minds the noise.

Where to Start the Evening? We Have Bars.
Nobody wants their guests standing in a doorway. We have two bars, so your party can gather for arrival drinks before anyone sits down — and in good weather, our outdoor terrace off the High Street.
The wine list runs long on Italian and Old World bottles, and our team will happily put together a drinks package: a glass of fizz on arrival, half a bottle per head with dinner, or a full open bar billed on consumption.
