Tender veal escalopes draped with Parma ham, pan-seared until the edges crisp, then finished in a white wine and sage sauce. Saltimbocca means "jumps in the mouth" in Italian — and this earns the name every time. A true Roman classic, served exactly as it should be.

Pollo Cacciatora

Breast of Chicken · Sweet Peppers · Onions · Mushrooms · Olives

Chicken breast braised slowly with sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms and olives in a rich, deep sauce. Cacciatora means "hunter's style" — robust, warming and built for a proper evening meal. Served with vegetables and potatoes.

Woodstock Diavola

Tomato Sauce · Mozzarella · Pepperoni · Jalapeños

Named for our town, this pizza brings a little mischief — pepperoni and jalapeños on a rich tomato base with melted mozzarella. Mildly spiced and much requested. A local favourite with a kick.
